We have a busy week ahead! Our next meet is on Monday, July 1st, at Fawn Lake, located at 11300 Longstreet Dr., Spotsylvania, VA 22551. Following that, we’ll participate in the Independence Day Parade on Saturday, July 6th. If you plan to attend the parade, please meet at Sweetbriar between 8:45 AM and 9:00 AM. Additionally, we’re collecting candy donations to distribute during the parade. If you can contribute, please bring them to practice this week—but kindly avoid chocolate to prevent melting.

Looking ahead, our last home meet is the following Monday, July 8th. Please declare your swimmers' availability by Friday, July 5th.
