Lake of the Woods Barracudas

The Lake of the Woods Barracudas is a summer swim team located in Locust Grove, VA.  We are part of the Rappahannock Swim League and practice at Sweetbriar Pool in Lake of the Woods.  Our aim is to help our swimmers improve their skills, learn good sportsmanship, and have fun while competing against other local teams.  Our season runs from May 27th to July 26th.

Registration is closed for the 2025 season. Registered swimmers should come to evaluations based on the Family last name Last names: A-F  at 8 am, G- Mad 9am, Mar- Smith 10am, Ste- Y 11am.  Once evaluations are complete, you will receive your practice time(s) for the rest of the summer.

 We have lots of fun things planned for the season and hope to see you at the pool.
